Kevin has a broad range of experience in civic and business roles in San Diego, including his most recent position as the Vice-President for Public Policy and Communications for the Downtown San Diego Partnership. Previously he served on the staff of Mayor Susan Golding and as Director of Development for Major Gifts for San Diego Opera. Currently, Kevin is pursuing a Master in Public Administration at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Don Mullen, a 25-year resident of San Diego, is Chief of Policy for San Diego City Councilmember Jim Madaffer. Don has a long history of small business ownership and management, and has always been an outspoken advocate for small business and civic responsibility. Don is the President of the Pacific Beach Town Council and is a Director for the Pacific Beach Lions Club and the Pacific Beach Community Foundation.

With more than 30 years experience in nursing leadership and management roles, Leanne has worked and consulted at numerous hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout Southern California and the US. She is currently a Senior Partner and industry expert for CSC Global Healthcare Consulting Group, a division of Computer Sciences Corporation, an international IT management and consulting firm. Prior to joining CSC Leanne spent seven years, at Scripps Mercy Hospital where she served as Vice President, Chief Operations Executive and formerly as the Chief Nurse Executive. She is active in several professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, Sigma Theta Tau (Zeta Mu Chapter) Honor Society of Nursing, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, and the Association of California Nurse Leaders.

Debra McQuillen is Director of Cardiac Services at Scripps Mercy Hospital, overseeing the administrative, financial and clinical performance of the Heart Care Center. Debra works with the Mercy Outreach Surgical Team, which provides surgeries to correct malformations and deformities to children in Tijuana. Debra is a past Commodore of the Silver Gate Yacht Club on Shelter Island and a longtime volunteer for the Wheelchair Regatta. She also received the Women Who Mean Business Award in recognition for her professional and volunteer achievements.

Carey Storm is a Director of Real Estate and Facilities at QUALCOMM, managing their global Real Estate Portfolio and coordinating their Corporate Operational Readiness and Business Continuity programs. She is a Certified Business Continuity Planner and co-founded the Sorrento Valley Task Force. Carey previously served as the President of the board of Dress for Success San Diego, Treasurer for Silver Gate Yacht Club and Chair of the Grossmont High School National Academy Foundation's advisory board.

Michael brings a long history of policy experience and public service and to the board. He currently works as Vice President of Real Estate for the J. Peter Block Companies, which specializes in residential and mixed-use infill development, historic preservation, and affordable housing. He also served on the San Diego City Council, worked as government and community affairs director for the San Diego City Fire Fighters Union, and held various positions at the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He has been involved with numerous community groups including the San Diego League of Conservation Voters and the Pacific Beach Town Council and Planning Committee.
